Board of Supervisors

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Inyo, State of California, met in special session at the hour of 9:10 a.m., on Thursday, May 22, 2003, in the Board of Supervisors Room, County Administrative Center, Independence, with the following Supervisors present: Chairperson Michael Dorame presiding, Linda Arcularius, Julie Bear, Ted Williams, and Carroll M. Hambleton, Jr. Supervisor Hambleton provided the Invocation, and Supervisor Bear led the Pledge of Allegiance.


Public Comment	The Chairperson announced the public comment period and there was no one from the public wishing to address the Board.
County Dept. Reports	The Chairperson announced the County Department Reports period and there were no reports forthcoming.
Workshop/Program Mandates and Priorities	The Chairperson recessed open session at 9:11 a.m., to convene in a workshop with the County Administrator regarding the establishment of program mandate priorities in preparation for upcoming review of mandate special meetings and budget hearings for FY 2003/04. The Chairperson recessed the workshop at 12:05 p.m.
Adjourned	The Chairperson adjourned the special meeting at 12:05 p.m.
