The
Board of Supervisors of the County of Inyo, State of California, met in special
session at the hour of 9:00 a.m., on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at the Inyo County Water Department, 168 May Street, Bishop,
California, with the following Supervisors present:
Chairperson Ted Williams presiding, Linda Arcularius, Susan Cash, Jim
Bilyeu, and Richard Cervantes.

Comment
|
The
Chairperson announced the public comment period and there was no one
wishing to address the Board.
|
|
Water Dept./ Dept. Functions Workshop
|
The
Chairperson recessed the open session at 9:02 a.m., to convene in a
workshop with all Board Members present to conduct a joint workshop with the Inyo County Water Commission on an
overview of the Water Department, which included viewing a video “The
Search for Justice” and Staff presentations.
At the conclusion of the workshop the Board adjourned to the
Conference Room at the Water Department to conduct Closed Session.
The Chairperson recessed the workshop at 11:15 a.m., to immediately
convene in closed session, with all Board Members present.
