Recreational Water

Public swimming pools and spas are regulated by the ICEHSD. Facilities are issued annual permits and are inspected twice a year. Bacteriological monitoring of flow through pools and spas is conducted regularly. State regulations for the construction and operation of public swimming pools, as well as recent anti-entrapment legislation, may be accessed via the link below.
