August 2010 Auction reoffer of June 2010 unsold properties:
This office is conducting the August 2010 re-offer of tax-defaulted land auction at reduced minimum bids from the June 2010 Auction. The list of available properties can be viewed online at this site or at www.bid4assets.com. Bidding opens August 14th-16th, 2010. Bidding will be done online or you may contact our office at 760-878-0312, by email at inyottc@inyocounty.us or visit us in Independence at 168 N. Edwards Street in the main courthouse for an offline-bidding packet.
Bid deposits:
A single $1,500.00 deposit (plus a $25.00 processing fee) is required to participate in the Inyo County Tax Sale. Deposits must be received by Bid4Assets NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ET (1:00 PM PT) Tuesday, August 10th. Please make your deposit well in advance of the auction in order to ensure you eligibility to bid.
