The latest Board-approved version of the Inyo County Employee COVID-19 Prevention Procedures was adopted by the Board on 3/21/2023. Since then, there has been a change in how outbreaks are calculated. Cal/OSHA regulations supersede our Board approved policy on this matter, and Risk Management shall comply and implement in accordance with the revised calculation for outbreaks, which uses 7 days instead of 14. If additional changes occur, we will revise the written policy and take it to the Board for consideration. Thank you
