The North Round Valley Bridge Replacement Project is moving forward, but not quite as fast as any of us would like. The General Contractor, Spiess Construction Co., Inc. of Santa Maria, CA, submitted a schedule update to the Inyo County Public Works Department that moves the 'Road Open' date to April 15th, 2023. In summary:
Prepare deck falsework for concrete February 7th to February 28th
Place concrete deck March 1st
Road base and pave April 1st
Open Road to Service April 15th
