URGENT NOTICE: FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY TARGETING CHILD SUPPORT CUSTOMERS

DCSS has been notified of a “phishing scam” that targets individuals who have child support cases. If you receive a telephone call claiming to be the California Department of Child Support Services (DCSS), or California State Disbursement Unit (SDU), do not provide your Social Security number or any other personal information.

To verify that any child support calls you receive are authentic, please call Customer Connect at 1-866-901-3212.
