Public Hearing
The Inyo County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Board of Supervisors Room, County Administrative Center, 224 N. Edwards St., Independence, for consideration and possible approval of commercial cannabis business licenses as required by Inyo County Code 5.40.090 (F). The Board will specifically be considering retail classification licenses in cannabis zone 5A, microbusiness classification licenses in cannabis zone 5E, cultivation in excess of 5,000 sq. ft. classification licenses in zone 5G, and distribution classification licenses in zone 5G.
Written comments may be filed with the Inyo County Board of Supervisors by delivery to the Assistant Clerk of the Board, County of Inyo Administrative Center, 224 N. Edwards St., Independence, CA 93526, by mailing to the Inyo County Board of Supervisors, P.O. Box N, Independence, CA 93526, or by email to the Assistant Clerk of the Board, dellis@inyocounty.us, so that the comments are received by the Board prior to the conclusion of the hearing. If you wish to challenge any finding, determination or decision made regarding this project in court, you may be limited to raising only the issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered prior to the hearing.
