Strengthening Resilience & Well-Being In Our Community

The County of Inyo Department of Health and Human Services provides a safety net of services and public benefits created to strengthen resiliency and well-being in our community. Together, Inyo County HHS programs help ensure the protection of vulnerable residents, including children and elderly and dependent adults; provides assistance with necessities such as food, housing, healthcare, and behavioral health; and contributes to family education to improve child health, child development, family strengths, and critical resources for children.

Eastern Sierra Continuum of Care (CA-530) CoC Competition Grant Application

The Inyo County Health and Human Services Department serves as the Collaborative Applicant on behalf of the Eastern Sierra Continuum of Care- serving Alpine, Inyo and Mono Counties- to apply for state and federal funding to address homelessness in the region.  The annual HUD consolidated application allows Inyo HHS to draw down funds for administration of the Coordinated Entry System and Homelessness Information Management System to ensure a collaborative approach for regional partners to meet the needs of homeless individuals in our communities.
