INYO COUNTY VSO UPDATE
INYO COUNTY, CA, November 25, 2020 - Sheriff Jeff Hollowell and Inyo County Administrative Officer Clint Quilter, in consultation, have determined that a single Veterans Service Representative is not adequate to serve the needs of the current veteran community.
“On December 1, 2020 the Board will be asked to consider creating one full-time Veterans Service Officer position, and authorize immediate commencement for recruitment to fill the position,” stated Quilter. “Additionally the Board will be asked to consider changes to the administrative support structure for the Veterans Service Office to provide more flexibility in providing services.”
