The Library eCard gives you access to our entire online library, available 24/7, including eBooks, audiobooks, streaming movies, magazines, newspapers, online learning, research and more. Completing this online form now will provide you with free, instant access to the library’s digital collection.*
There are never any late fees or due dates to remember. When a lending time is up, the content will automatically disappear from your device.
If you already have an Inyo County Library card with a barcode, you do not need an eCard, you already have access to all digital library materials!
Access requires a barcode number and a PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can have it reset by calling your local Inyo County Library branch. You can also reset your PIN through the catalog. Apply online and your library card number and pin will be emailed to you.
Applications for Inyo County Free Library eCards must be completed by a person 13 years or older. eCards are available to those who reside, own property, work or go to school in Inyo County.
*To upgrade your library card to borrow from the physical library please contact your local Inyo County Library branch. The E-Card provides access to Library e-Services only.
