How do I get an email address?
- Choose one of the web email providers listed below. Look for a "Sign Up" or "New User" button.
- Create a new email address. An email address includes a user name that you create, the @ symbol, and then the email provider's name. For example: JoeBobSmith9864@gmail.com or JMDoe3451345@hotmail.com. Your user name must be unique so be prepared with several options. You may be asked to "check availability" of a user name. If someone already is using the user name you enter, then you may be given a few suggestions that you can use instead. Select one of these or continue to develop your own. You cannot use spaces in your email address but you can use underscores and periods to separate words.
- Create a password for the account. The safest passwords are at least 8 characters in length and include letters, numbers, and symbols. Your password may be rejected if it doesn't meet the requirements laid out by the provider.
- Be sure to write down your new email address and password in a safe place. If you lose your password, you may need to start over and create a new account.

How do I apply for an Airport Operations Area Badge?
If you require unescorted access within the Bishop Airport security fence, please download the AOA Badge Application and the Non-Movement Area Driver Training Manual. When you have completed the application and reviewed the manual, come to the Airport Annex Building on the west end of the parking lot (orange tile roof). Admin staff will accept the application, make a copy of identification documents, take a badge photo, and administer an AOA Driver Quiz. Applications can also be emailed to mchapman@inyocounty.us, however applicants will still have to come to the Airport to complete the badging process. The TSA background check and badge printing is generally completed in 7 days or less, although it can take over a month for those born outside the US.

Estimate My Taxes?
If the tax rate has been established at 1.00% then the tax would be calculated as follows:

Tax Amount: |

The tax amount may be adjusted for any special benefit assessments, such as mosquito fees, or reduced by any legal exemption which may apply.

Inyo County requires any entity that seeks local authorization for the purposes of obtaining a state commercial cannabis business license to first obtain an Inyo County Commercial Cannabis Business License for the activity type and zone the business will be located on, as well as obtain a conditional use permit for the specific parcel where the business is proposed. The business license application can be obtained from the Agricultural Commissioner's Office and the conditional use permit application can be obtained for the Inyo County Planning Department.
