Behavioral Health Division

The Department of Health and Human Services - Behavioral Health Division provides mental health and substance abuse services to adults within the County of Inyo. The programs within our department focus on delivering the highest quality of service.  The Behavioral Health Division is dedicated to providing high quality and culturally responsive behavioral health services to strengthen well-being and resilience through hope, healing, and support for individuals and families within our community.

Our hours of Operation at the Bishop Office are as follows (Closed Major Holidays):

Monday: 8 a.m.-12 p.m. (Closed 12 p.m.-2 p.m.) 2 p.m.-5 p.m.

Tuesday-Friday 8 a.m.-12 p.m. (Closed 12 p.m.-1 p.m.) 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

24 hour Medi-Cal Fraud Reporting

Inyo County Health & Human Services- Behavioral Health (ICHHS-BH) asks that anyone suspecting Medi-Cal fraud, waste, or abuse to call our Medi-Cal Fraud line at 760-873-3305 or email. You may report fraud 24 hours a day. The call is free and the caller may remain anonymous.
